The purpose of this facility is to provide end users with accurate, in the moment help and support when using Serendata. The Online Help Facility is made up a series of strategically structured articles that provide targeted information and assistance when understanding and working in Serendata. Serendata is a platform that allows seamless and scalable Change Management by bringing together all the right teams and data within a project to create a single source of the truth. Key aspects of the system include:
