Serendata is a Web Based Platform, accessed via URL. This URL will provide access specifically to your system/data only. Accessing Serendata via the URL is the usual method of accessing the system. When logging on for the first time, an email will be sent to the registered account, asking for your account to be activated.

1 | Click Note: The link will expire in 7 days. After this time, a new link would need to be issued by the Technical Team. |

3 | Retype the exact same password in the Repeat new password field. |
4 | A security question is set up on the initial Serendata log in. Click the dropdown arrow on the Choose a forgot password question field. |
5 | Select a question of your choice. The question should also be one that is not known by others or easy to guess. |
6 | Type the corresponding answer in the Answer field. |
7 | Select a Security Image of your choice. This image will appear every time you log onto Serendata. This image allows you to verify that you are indeed logging onto Serendata and not a fraudulent website. |

The following section details how to log on once your Serendata account has been activated.

1 | Enter your Username in the Username field. This will be your email address. Note: If the email address is not recognised, contact the Technical Team to verify that is has been set. |

Log Off from Serendata
This is the Home Screen in Serendata. In the top right-hand corner, your initials or security image will be displayed.
