To log on to Serendata, you will require a User ID (which is your specified email address) and the Password that was created during the account activation process and/or through any subsequent updates. Once your account has been activated, situations may arise where you find yourself locked out of the system. Potential reasons for being locked out of the system include:
Using incorrect credentials
Entering an incorrect password more than 10 times
Password Resetting

Forget password? β Use this option to reset your password only.
Unlock account? β When logging in with incorrect credentials over 10 times, your account will be locked. Prior to resetting password, your Serendata account must be unlocked.

Confirmation that an email has been sent to the specified account will be displayed on screen. The email will provide all the necessary instructions to reset the password.

When resetting your password, you will be redirected towards the security question that was selected and answered during the account activation process.

9 | Enter the answer to the security question in the Answer field. |
10 | Click Note: This will now prompt you to specify a new password. |
The new password must be or contain:
At least 8 characters in length
A lowercase letter
An uppercase letter
A number
No parts of your username
The password cannot be the same as the last 4 specified passwords
