My Dashboard is the default Dashboard and this contains all information that is personally owned by you as an individual.

My Actions Overview
The My Actions summary allows the following information to be viewed at a high level:
Total Number of Actions that are assigned to you. In the example below, there are 12 Actions that are assigned to you
Risk Ratings for each one of the Actions
Within the Summary Panels for Actions and Impacts, there are 2 tabs:
Rag Status – This allows the Risk Rating for each Action to be viewed and drilled down into
Progress Status – This allows the Progress for each Action to be viewed and drilled into
Definitions for each one of the Risk Ratings are:
Red - The Action is behind plan and there is no recovery plan in place
Amber – The Action is behind plan and there is a recovery plan in place
Green - The Action is on-track
Completed – The Action has been completed
Unknown – The Action Status is Unknown
To review high level data for each Action that has been assigned to you, review the associated Actions table directly below the Actions Summary Table.

RAG Status | This field displays the status for each Action – Red, Amber or Green |
Ref No | This field displays a unique system-based reference number for each Action |
Name | This field displays the name of the Action |
Description | This field displays a brief description of the Action |
Status | This field displays the status for each Action. The various statuses that can be displayed within this field are: Not Started, Cancelled, In Progress, On Hold and Completed |
Starte Date | This field displays the date on which the Action was taken or the date on which the Action is active |
End Date | This field displays the mitigation date for a particular Action |

There are 2 ways to directly access the Actions referenced on the Dashboard. This can be done by:
Clicking the ‘number’ of Your Actions. In the above example, click on the number 12.
Each one of the Actions is grouped into Risk Categories – Red, Amber, Green, Completed and Unknown. Hover over the ‘doughnut’ and click the corresponding risk category.
Clicking on either the number of Actions or drilling down into the doughnut, will display a filtered Actions table.
Progress Status
To verify the progress of each Action:
The Action Progress Tab allows the following information to be viewed at a high level:
Total Number of Actions assigned to you that have been completed. This is progressed as a percentage. In the above example, it is 0%.
Status for each one of the Actions. The statuses displayed within this field are: Not Started, In Progress and Completed.
My Impacts Overview
The My Impacts summary allows the following information to be viewed at a high level:
Total Number of Impacts that are assigned to you. In the example below, there are 7 Impacts that are assigned to you
Risk Ratings for each one of the Impacts
Definitions for each one of the Risk Ratings are:
High - This Impact is of high risk to the Project
Medium – This Impact is of a medium level risk to the Project
Low – This Impact is of a low-level risk to the Project
Unknown – The Impact Status is Unknown or has not been defined

Start Date | This field displays the date on which the Impact was captured or the date on which the Impact is active. This field can be used as required on the Change Management Project |
End Date | This field displays the mitigation date for a particular Impact |
Status | This field displays the status for each Impact. The various statuses that can be displayed within this field are: Not Started, Cancelled, In Progress and Completed |
Progress Status
