Once the required quality data has been entered and/or uploaded, it is time to utilise the Serendata Dashboard. There are multiple Dashboards available within Serendata. They are pitched at different stages so give a unique view on each data set. The Dashboards that we have available in Serendata are:
My Dashboard – This dashboard contains and displays all Changes, Impacts and Stakeholders that have been specifically assigned to you as an individual/team member
Organisation Dashboard – This dashboard displays the Impact data via a Heatmap, Sunburst, Timeline and Capacity. Data can be viewed by Business Area, Location and Project level within the Organisation.
Programme Dashboard – This dashboard provides an Programme view which incorporates all associated Projects. A Status is given for each Project within the Programme, Stakeholders, Audiences, Impacts and Action are also displayed per Project. Programme and Project Timelines are displayed with their associated Milestones. The Capacity of Stakeholders, Audiences and the actual Change Management Team are detailed. A Programme Level Sunburst is also displayed and this can be drilled down into.
Project Dashboard – This dashboard displays the Project Timeline with all assigned Milestones. It then details the Projects Changes and Impact in terms of numbers and risk category. Total Stakeholder and Audience data is also displayed.

Timeline
There is a monthly/yearly timeline at the top of the screen. The solid blue line represents the duration of the Project, and this is based on the Start and End Dates that are entered for a specific Project during the Set Up Phase. Any Milestones that are entered at a Project Level will also be visible on the timeline. They will be denoted with a coloured diamond.
Note: If Start and End Dates are not specified when creating the Programme/Project, no blue line will be displayed.
Any milestones entered into the Programme will be mapped across the timeline. They will be denoted with a coloured diamond. When you hover over the diamond, further information with be displayed i.e. Milestone Title.
The Timelines holds a Button Bar within it. Hover over each icon to display a brief
title/description of what each icon does.

There are 2 ways to directly access the Impacts referenced on the Dashboard. This can be done by:
Clicking the ‘number’ of Total Impacts. In the above example, click on the number 5.
Each one of the Impacts is grouped into Risk Categories – High, Medium, Low and Unknown. Hover over the ‘doughnut’ and click the corresponding risk category.
Each option will then display a formatted table containing information of the Total Impacts.
Information displayed on each Impact is as follows:

Impact Level | This field displays the level of each Impact. The various Risk Categories that can be displayed within this field are: High, Medium and Low |
No. Impacted | This field displays the number of people Impacted. This field can be left empty unless otherwise specified |
High Level Impacts | This field displays the linked High-Level Impacts. This column serves as the location where these Impacts will be shown. Correspondingly, these linked High-Level Impacts will be reflected in the Detailed Impacts column under the High-Level Impacts tab |
Business Areas | This field displays the Business Areas that are Impacted. There are pre-existing Business Areas that have been set up, but they can be edited to reflect your Organisation |

The various statuses that can be displayed within this field are: Not Started, In Progress and Completed. Hover over the ‘doughnut’ and click the corresponding status.
Each option will then display a formatted table containing information of the Impacts Progress.

The first way to directly access the Stakeholders referenced on the Dashboard. This can be done by:
· Clicking the ‘number of Total Actions. In the above example, click on the number 16.
There are a range of categories that Stakeholders can fit into. Those being:
Keep Satisfied – Priority stakeholder group. Represents stakeholders who are highly influential in the organisation and / or the programme. The programme will have a significant impact on their future work, processes and behaviours. Their support is critical and should be monitored closely. There should be regular communications through one-on-one meetings or regular detailed updates. E.g. programme director
Manage Closely – Priority stakeholder group. Represents stakeholders who are highly influential in the organisation and / or the programme. The programme will have a significant impact on their future work, processes and behaviours. Their support is critical and should be monitored closely. There should be regular communications through one-on-one meetings or regular detailed updates. E.g. programme director
Monitor – Wider Stakeholder pool, who will be communicated to with for key updates that may impact them. These people won't be directly impacted by the programme, but should be aware of what is changing at a high level
Keep Informed - Stakeholders who will be impacted by the programme but are not key decision makers. They should be kept updated about programme decisions and impacts
Unknown – A category was not assigned or could not be determined for this Stakeholder
