Survey Logic
On creation of the Survey, logical rules to dictate who can and can't answer what questions can be added. Restrictions can be applied by numerous factors such as previous answers or business role.
If for, for example "question answer" = yes, then an action could be taken to limit the ability of respondents who fulfil this condition to answer further questions.
Readiness Surveys
With Readiness Surveys, as the first step, link the Survey to Pulse. Pulses are created in Core Data and are used to track the dates in which the Readiness Survey is issued to the affected audiences (see the article on "Audiences" within Serendata for more information)
On creation of the Readiness Survey, the "Readiness Question" becomes available. Readiness Questions are questions with single choice questions tied to the AUCCA scale. The answers from these can be linked to Audiences and plotted on Serendata's Readiness Chart and Audience Sentiment Grids.
When creating a Readiness question, you must tie it to a specific element of the AUCCA scale, whether it is an Awareness, Understanding, Commit, Acquire or Apply question.
Choice Options can be edited in the settings section on the right-hand side, in the Readiness Survey specific "Choice Options" settings.
Chang Barometer Surveys within Serendata are a premade, presales tool to inform the resourcing and costing of Change Management Solutions based on project size and complexity, change capability and capacity and other key risks. Note: Change Barometer Surveys have locked questions for particular clients.
