Access organisational reporting
Organisation reporting is available from the Organisation section of the left-hand navigation. Expand Organisation to access the Overview, Heatmap, Capacity and Places reporting views.
Figure 1. Organisational Reporting within Navigation
Select the reporting view that best matches what you want to understand. Overview provides a high-level picture of the organisation, Heatmap focuses on the distribution of impacts, Capacity looks at workload across people and groups, and Places provides a geographic view.
Review the Organisation Overview
The Organisation Overview brings together headline metrics and a visual summary of activity across the organisation. It is a useful starting point when you want to understand the overall scale and timing of change before moving into a more detailed report.
Figure 2. Organisation Overview
The headline cards summarise Total Programmes, Total Projects, Total Active Impacts and Total Impacted People. The Organisation Breakdown then visualises the relationship between programmes, projects and other change data, with legends for entities, impact levels and status. The Organisation Timeline below shows project activity over time and displays key delivery markers such as Go Live, Training, Change Plan, Business Readiness, UAT, Design Configuration and Hypercare.
Open the Organisation Heatmap
Select Heatmap from the Organisation navigation to review where impacts are concentrated over time.
Figure 3. Open Heatmap
The Heatmap can be viewed by Business Areas, Places, Audiences, Projects or Processes. Each view uses the same reporting structure: Total Impacts summarises impact levels, Gap Analysis shows how complete the relevant data is, and the heatmap plots impact counts across the selected time period.
Business Areas
Use the Business Areas view to compare impact activity across different areas of the organisation. The heatmap shows the number of impacts for each Business Area by month, making it easier to identify where change is concentrated and when demand is expected to increase.
Figure 4. Impact Heatmap by Business Area
Places
Use the Places view to see impact activity associated with organisational locations. The Total Impacts and Gap Analysis cards show the volume and completeness of the data, while the heatmap plots impacts by place and month.
Figure 5. Impact Heatmap by Places
Audiences
Use the Audiences view to review impacts mapped to audience groups. Where audience links have not yet been populated, the Gap Analysis highlights the missing data so that gaps can be identified before the report is used for planning.
Figure 6. Impact Heatmap by Audience
Projects
Use the Projects view to compare the number and timing of impacts across projects. This view is useful for understanding which projects are generating the greatest volume of impact at different points in the reporting period.
Figure 7. Impact Heatmap by Project
Processes
Use the Processes view to see impacts linked to business processes over time. Process rows can be expanded where additional hierarchy is available, allowing the report to move from a high-level process view into more detailed process information.
Figure 8. Impact Heatmap by Processes
Across the Heatmap views, the Start Date control sets the reporting period and the Show count option displays the impact total within each heatmap cell.
Review organisational capacity
Select Capacity from the Organisation navigation to review the volume of change associated with key stakeholders, audiences and members of the change team.
Figure 9. Open Capacity
Capacity reporting combines a chart with a supporting table so that you can compare relative workload visually and then review the underlying counts in more detail.
Key Stakeholders
The Key Stakeholders view compares the number of impacts and actions associated with each key stakeholder. The supporting table also shows Business Area and Role, allowing workload to be reviewed alongside organisational context.
Figure 10. Key Stakeholder Capacity
Audiences
The Audience Capacity view compares impacts and actions mapped to each audience group. This makes it possible to see which audiences are carrying the highest volume of change activity and to review the exact Impact Count and Action Count in the table below.
Figure 11. Audience Capacity
Change Team
The Change Team Capacity view provides a snapshot of workload distribution across the change team. It brings together Projects Involved In, Stakeholders Managed, Impacts and Actions so that different types of workload can be compared for each team member.

Review organisational Places
Select Places from the Organisation navigation to open the geographic reporting view.
Figure 13. Open Places
The Places report combines headline totals with a map of the locations held against the organisation. Pins and clusters show where Places are located, providing a geographic overview alongside the Total Places and Total Projects metrics.

Choose the right reporting view
Use Overview when you need a whole-organisation summary, Heatmap when you want to understand impact concentration and data completeness over time, Capacity when you need to review change workload across stakeholders, audiences or the change team, and Places when geographic distribution is important. Moving between these reports allows the same organisational change data to be viewed from different planning and decision-making perspectives.
