Actions are records of the things that will be done to mitigate Impacts that have been identified. An action can mitigate one impact or several impacts within a project.
This guide will show you how to:
edit an Action
find and link any Impacts that the action mitigates
add any notes about the Stakeholder that will be visible to other Insight users.
Pre-requisites
The Action must have already been created within the Project, see the help article Creating an Action.
View an Action
From the Project dashboard left-hand Project Navigator, select Actions
Most Action data is available to view and edit through the table view of all data in the Actions section of the system
To see more detail associated with the record, select the checkbox to the left of the record and double-click on the reference number
The detailed Action record will open.
Edit an Action
Most Action data is available to view and edit through the table view of all data in the Actions section of the system
To view the record in more detail, select the checkbox to the left of the record, double-click on the name, and select EDIT
Make any changes required and select SAVE.
