To maximise space and efficiency when using the platform, we have redesigned the general navigation. This is to make the platform as easy to use as possible for our Users. The new layout gives you as much space as possible for your data, making it as easy to find and manage as possible.
You will now notice that you have two drop-down menus at the top of the screen, one for your Organisations and another for your list of Projects.
To change Organisation:
Click on the Organisation drop-down
Select the Organisation you wish to work in
You will then be redirected to that Organisation dashboard.
To change Project:
Click on the Project drop-down
Select the Project you wish to work in
You will then be redirected to that Project dashboard.
NOTE: Your Programmes are blue, and your Projects are white; if you wish to go to your Programme dashboard simply click on the Programme you wish to visit.
We have also updated the left-hand sidebar; this is to free up screen space to make it as quick and easy as possible to get to where you need to go. On the left-hand sidebar, if you are not in a Project, you have two options:
Home – This shows your dashboard, with a general overview of data you are responsible for or have been assigned to
Organisation dashboard – This shows a general overview of what is going on within this Organisation.
Once you have selected which Project you are working in, you will notice your left-hand bar shows more available areas. This is because we have made it easier to immediately access the work areas within each Project. When you are in a Project, you have the following available on the sidebar:
Project overview – This takes you to your Project overview page
Stakeholders – This takes you to your Stakeholder work area
Impacts – This takes you to your Impact work area
Mitigations – This takes you to your Mitigations work area.
At the bottom of the left-hand column, there is a new settings area. This is to access:
Organisation settings – This will direct you to your general Organisation settings and the master data
Programme settings – This will direct you to your Programme settings
Project settings – This will direct you to your Project settings.
As always, you have constant access to the help article library as well as live chat with the team; they can now be found in the top right of the screen. In this area, you now have:
Search – You can search for anything through the system from here

Help centre – Help article library
Live chat – Immediate live chat function to one of the members of the Team
My profile – Access your profile settings or log out.
