We have introduced a new way of interacting with the grid. The actions on the grid have now been redesigned and made more compact.

Add a new entity to the project (action, impact, stakeholder, audience)
Review items, enabled when the user selects at least one row
Remove items, enabled when the user selects at least one row
Link to a different entity, enabled when the user selects at least one row
Enables/disables text wrap on the grid
Reset filters
Reset columns to the default view
