When a project or programme is created within, or moved onto the Serendata platform, there are some things to consider to best allow for a smooth transition/implementation, these include:

The Overview:

  • What are the goals for the Project/Programme?

  • How can we at the Serendata development team aid you in delivering on those goals within the Project/Programme?

Data:

  • What data needs to be captured within the Project/Programme?

  • This can include Core Data such as Locations, Business areas and stakeholders, as well as Project and Programme information such as the Project vision, details and the case for change.

Training:

  • Who needs to be trained in the use of Serendata Insight/Pulse and in what way? For example:

  • Leadership: In permission management and programme/project overviews

  • Change Managers, Analysts and Subject Matter Experts: In reporting views and core data input

  • Consultants and Stakeholders: In data entry and workflow

Delivery:

  • Once trained and familiar, who will be responsible for delivering on the project and how will they be working within Serendata Insight

Customer Success Management:

  • Once your team is working within Serendata, we here at the Serendata development team will be on hand to provide upskilling, support and advice either in person or through our help platform Intercom, and the help section of Insight which has a number of videos and articles to aid you in your Serendata journey
