Change Impacts are identified during the course of any change and describe the effect of that change on an audience. You may need to update an existing Impact if you learn more about who is being impacted, what the impact is, or the status of the impact itself.

You may also want to make notes to provide commentary about progress against an impact.

Impacts can be assigned to individual Stakeholders, Stakeholder groups, Business Areas, or geographical Locations during the creation of a new Change Impact, or they can be edited to include more detail at a later time.

This guide will show you how to:

  • edit an Impact Profile

  • identify any Stakeholders that are impacted by the Impact

  • identify any actions that will mitigate the Impact

  • add any notes about the Impact that will be visible to other Insight users.
