When adding a Stakeholder to a Project, you will notice you have eight sliders that you can adjust before you add them to the project. They are as follows:

Impact of individual on the Project

This scale is low to high and is based on how much Impact this Stakeholder has on this Project

Influence of individual on the Project

This scale is low to high and is based on how much influence this Stakeholder has on the Project.

Current sentiment

This scale is concerned to advocate and is based on the current sentiment of the Stakeholder towards the Project

Target sentiment

This scale is concerned to advocate and is based on what your target sentiment for this Stakeholder is towards the Project

Current commitment

This scale is concerned to advocate and is based on the current commitment of the Stakeholder towards the Project

Target commitment

This scale is cautious to advocate and is based on what your target commitment for this Stakeholder is towards the Project

Current receptiveness

This scale is concerned to advocate and is based on the current receptiveness of the Stakeholder towards the Project

Target receptiveness

This scale is concerned to advocate and is based on what your target receptiveness for this Stakeholder is towards the Project

These are so you can monitor and update your Stakeholder relationships as you progress through your Project.

Once you have set your Target sliders, you can then update the Current sliders and it will show on your Stakeholder list as red or green to indicate whether they are on target or not. Thus allowing you to easily view which Stakeholders you need to prioritise and interact with.

As you progress through the Project and manage your Stakeholder relationships, you can update the Current sliders for each Stakeholder to reflect their feelings toward the Project.

These sliders should be updated as you progress through the Project and manage your Stakeholder relationships. It will feed through to the Reporting within the Project, and it will give you a granular overview of which Stakeholders you need to prioritise.
