Impact Owner

This article walks through how best to use the new optional ownership field across your Impacts.

We have made it easier to organise your Impacts by introducing optional ownership to help your teams focus on what matters to them.

Impact Owner has been added as an optional field on all Impacts. This is to enable an easier split of responsibility between the Team and to give you a quick way to filter by Impacts that you are responsible for.

Adding an Impact Owner

You will now see the Impact Owner field on the Detailed Impacts table. This field is populated based on the Users assigned to the Project Team. Simply double-click the field to select the relevant User, and they will then be assigned as the Impact Owner for that Impact.

NOTE: You will need to add a User as a member of the Project Team before being able to assign them as an Impact Owner to any Impacts within that Project.

Filtering by Impact Owner

Once you have added Impact Owners to their Impacts, you will then be able to filter your Impact List by Impact Owner. Giving you a quick view of your responsibilities in just a couple of clicks.
